Tenant Screening And Placement

v Ones the application for property has been received, we will screen the tenants by having references verified, employed and credit checked.

v Our tenant screening process is done through the TPN (Tenant Profile Network), which includes an ITC and Experian as well as ID verification.

Maintanance
